Safety

All activities run by Southern River Adventures follow the highest safety standards in the field of   outdoor activities.This is based on the experience and standards from several different  continents. The guides are all very experienced and qualified either in Europe, Australia, North  America, Nepal or at the Kali under the supervision of river expert John Pollard (UK) according to  an intensive training course developed by Paul Baddeley (UK). The course follows very strict  internationally accepted guidelines and has been adapted specifically for these unique South Indian Jungle rivers to enhance the safety even more. Guides are trained in first aid, with the likes of Wilderness First  Aid or St John's organizations. SRA use "state of the art" equipment, to ensure there is no  compromise on any aspect of safety. SRA can boast of having as safe a standard as any other rafting operation in the world. If you must compare us, then please do it only to the very best!
